Project "Panorama Tbilisi"
Cushman & Wakefield Georgia will provide Lender’s Supervision for two new hotels constructed under the scope of “Panorama Tbilisi” - a project funded by the Georgian Co-Investment Fund. Both hotels will be classed under Marriott’s luxury brand - Autograph Collection.
Our team will supervise the construction process, ensure that the deadlines are met and oversee the targeted dispensation of the budget. Autograph Collection hotels are planned to be opened in two phases - the hotel on Freedom Square will launch by the end of 2020, while the Tabori Complex is set to open in 2021.
